Who will be coming to my home?
I’m Dustin Andrick, the owner of Andrick Maison Builders, and I personally perform all work. I’m fully insured and take pride in treating every home with care, respect, and professionalism. You can expect clear communication, a clean work area, and quality workmanship on every visit.
How does online booking work?
Appointments are scheduled through our secure online booking system powered by Square. Simply choose the service you need, select a date and time, and enter your details to reserve your spot. You’ll receive a confirmation by email or text once your appointment is booked. If you need multiple services, you can add them during the booking process.
How does pricing work?
I offer a mix of flat-rate services and time-and-material pricing, depending on the type of work. Many common services, such as TV mounting, furniture assembly, and standard installations, are priced upfront so you know the cost before I arrive. More complex or open-ended projects are billed hourly based on the time and materials required. If something falls outside the original scope, I always discuss it with you before moving forward.
What if my project changes or needs more work than expected?
Sometimes hidden issues are discovered once work begins, especially in older homes or behind walls and fixtures. If anything changes, I’ll explain what was found and go over your options before continuing. No additional work is performed without your approval. My goal is always to keep everything clear, fair, and transparent.
